Covid

This is a series of self-portraits made during the pandemic. The themes they deal with are refreshingly human, mundane, and literal. For instance, in the first, Karma has painted himself as a Thangka painter, except in place of the canvas, he faces a phone dotted with many black holes, quietly consuming him as he works.
